Trio Spotlight Second Place: Kylee L.
Eastern Gateway’s Upward Bound program is a federally funded TRIO program. Upward Bound is designed to provide students (grades 9 through 12 who are low-income and/or first-generation) with the skills and motivation they need to pursue postsecondary education. Upward Bound participants receive a variety of services designed to help them prepare for college. These resources are provided at participants’ schools and on EGCC’s campus.
